About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a Barchester care home or hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Provide safe and effective medication management, adhering to regulatory frameworks and guidelines
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines

Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration, a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices, and experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
