Your Role:

  • Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with the Commercial Director to secure exceptional talent, negotiate contracts, and liaise with our marketing and operations teams to ensure every event is not only successful but also distinctive.
  • Market Insight: Utilize your understanding of the regional live music landscape to identify opportunities for attracting top-tier talent.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Employ your skills in negotiating artist fees and engagement terms to create mutually beneficial arrangements.
