Key Responsibilities:
- Culture Calendar Management: Oversee and design the culture calendar, ensuring the seamless execution of events and activities, coordinating with external vendors, and aligning with the internal communications strategy.
- Monthly Themes: Develop and implement a new theme each month in the head office, managing everything from concept to execution to create an engaging atmosphere.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize various events and incentives, including parties, food trucks, team-building activities, and outings.
- Incentive Management: Take ownership of the incentive budget, organizing local incentives for both sales and non-sales teams.
- Seasonal Events: Coordinate Christmas and summer parties, including venue research, event design, vendor communication, and budget management.
- Social Media Content Development: Create engaging content for social media platforms, maintaining a positive online presence that aligns with the organization’s brand identity.
What You Will Receive:
