Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineering Manager to join our team at TECREC (ENGINEERING RECRUITMENT SPECIALISTS). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial sites throughout London & Southeast.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week. You will be responsible for managing a team of mobile engineers, ensuring the quality of their work and adherence to best practices and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and approve engineer job sheets to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, such as SFG 20, and implement best practices across the team.
  • Identify and engage contractors to quote for follow-on works, driving business growth and expansion.
