Job Title: Area Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager. This is a key role within our business, responsible for driving sales growth and developing relationships with existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop existing sales relationships through regular face-to-face visits, video calls, and email communication.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales support and customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive basic salary of £45,000 - £60,000, negotiable depending on experience.
  • Uncapped bonus commission, with a realistic OTE of £75,000 +.
