Job Title: Regional Key Account Manager

French Selection, a leading UK-based consultancy, is seeking a skilled Regional Key Account Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and merchants across Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and collaborating with our head office team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with our head office team to develop and implement sales plans
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to the Divisional Director

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French to business level (written and spoken)
  • Additional fluency in German and/or Dutch is a strong advantage
  • Proven track record in sales and account management
  • Ability to travel extensively across Europe
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

Up to £65,000 per annum plus bonus (£100K OTE), a competitive salary and benefits package, and the opportunity to work with a leading recruitment consultancy.
