Lead Nurse Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Nurse Trainer to join our team in the North West. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for training and signing off competency of our support workers, while providing clinical supervision and oversight to our existing team of nurse trainers.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee the provision of high-quality person-centred clinical support and interventions for all people supported, in line with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and other statutory bodies.
- Identify priorities and manage resources effectively to ensure that the quality of care delivered is maintained and improved.
- Active leadership of all colleagues within the clinical team to ensure delivery of high-quality care and support.
- Conduct supervision, competency assessment, and appraisals for the nursing/clinical team, creating innovative plans for development and high performance.
- Take the lead role in the management of clinical interventions, ensuring practices are in line with company policies and other statutory guidance.

- Minimum of 1 year's experience in Complex Care nursing
- Ability to drive and use own vehicle for work purposes
- Competitive salary of £47,551.32 per hour
