Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at IQVIA. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing expertise in a range of therapy areas and directly impacting patients with long-term conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support healthcare practices to provide clinical tools and resources to manage patients with long-term conditions.
  • Ensure clinical services are delivered within established protocols, service operating instructions, and systems.
  • Identify opportunities for clinical reviews at individual practice, PCN, or CCG levels where there is clinical need.
  • Enhance awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care and develop long-lasting relationships with practices and local NHS organizations.

Requirements:

  • Registered pharmacists with a strong passion for making a positive difference in patients' long-term health.
  • Community or primary care experience is desirable.
  • Ability to travel as required and work remotely.
  • Driven work ethic and a keen passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
