About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at IQVIA. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing clinical expertise and support to our clients in the UK healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support practices in providing clinical tools and resources to manage patients with long-term conditions.
  • Ensure clinical services are delivered within established protocols, service operating instructions, and systems.
  • Identify opportunities for clinical reviews at individual practice, PCN, or CCG levels where clinical need exists.
  • Enhance awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care and develop long-lasting relationships with practices and local NHS organizations.
Requirements
  • Registered pharmacists with community or primary care experience.
  • Willingness to travel as required and work remotely.
  • Passion for making a positive difference in patients' long-term health.
  • Driven work ethic.
