Adecco is collaborating with a local government authority to fill a pivotal role as a Leasehold Services Consultant.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Leasehold Services Consultant, you will be integral to the Collections Team, dedicated to providing exceptional service and expert guidance to leaseholders. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Addressing and resolving disputes with leaseholders, including managing compensation arrangements and write-offs.
  • Collaborating with the Finance Department to generate estimates, accounts, and comprehensive reports.
  • Managing both written and verbal inquiries from leaseholders that require specialized attention.
  • Engaging with leaseholders through various channels, including forums and estate inspections.
  • Effectively communicating with leaseholders by drafting letters, newsletters, web content, and informational leaflets.
  • Advising contract administrators and consultants on necessary consultation processes.
  • Assisting in cases of dispute and providing documentation for potential legal proceedings.
  • Responding to complaints and Freedom of Information requests with professionalism.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Experience in managing disputes with leaseholders and arranging compensation.
  • Proficiency in accounts management to produce estimates and reports.
  • Ability to monitor and advise on the progress of final accounts.
  • Current knowledge of relevant policies and legislation.
  • A proven history of professional development in a related field.
