Job Overview

Role Objective

The primary objective of this position is to oversee the planning and execution of products and services for both newly acquired and existing clients on a global scale, enabling clients to maximize our product offerings and generate revenue for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of client-focused product and channel implementation projects from initiation to successful completion and transition to standard operations.
  • Engage with both internal and external partners to identify and deploy products/services that align with client needs.
  • Establish, agree upon, and implement project management strategies that fulfill the requirements of clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring proficient and controlled project delivery.
  • Oversee daily implementation activities, maintaining regular communication with stakeholders and tracking progress against established plans.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage potential risks/issues that could impact the achievement of project goals.
  • Provide expert knowledge and support to clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle, facilitating quick and accurate resolutions to complex inquiries.
  • Develop and enforce procedures and controls to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency, while identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending changes across various business functions.
  • Create performance reports and communicate trends and insights to senior management.
  • Monitor industry trends to support the development of operational best practices and inform product/service innovation.
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing client service and improving implementation efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Provide consultation on complex matters, offering guidance to leadership to assist in resolving escalated issues.
  • Identify risk mitigation strategies and develop new policies/procedures to support governance and control objectives.
  • Assume responsibility for managing risks and reinforcing controls related to the tasks performed.
  • Engage in work that intersects with other areas, requiring an understanding of how different functions collaborate to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with various teams to stay informed about business activities and strategic goals.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of data from diverse sources, both internal and external, to creatively and effectively solve problems.
  • Communicate intricate information clearly, particularly when it involves sensitive or complex content.
  • Influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

Successful candidates will be evaluated on critical skills essential for success in this role, including experience with cloud and on-premises infrastructure, familiarity with virtual machines, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), gateways, automated deployment scripts, foundational knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering, automation, observability, disaster recovery, resilience, and prior experience with load-balanced applications and distributed system implementations. Additional relevant skills include proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Ansible, Terraform) and an understanding of CI/CD processes (Gitlab, Jenkins, Chef).
