Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to become a vital member of our Cloud Operations team. This team plays a crucial role in the deployment and maintenance of the foundational infrastructure that underpins our Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions for both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in hands-on technical activities related to operational and development tasks.
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships with various business units, external cloud service providers, and colleagues within the Infrastructure & Support division.
  • Utilize essential tools such as HaloITSM, Terraform, Azure DevOps, and Git on a daily basis.
  • Balance time effectively between providing operational support for existing clients and enhancing automation and tooling for the deployment and maintenance of client platforms.
Required Skills and ExpertiseEssential:
  • At least 2 years of experience working with Azure.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adept at managing competing priorities.
Cloud Hosting Providers:
  • Azure
  • Private cloud
Ticket Management:
  • ITIL knowledge.
  • Familiarity with service desk tools.
System Administration:
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory/Entra ID.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server 201x.
  • Experience with Linux distributions such as CentOS and AlmaLinux.
Automation Tools:
  • Terraform
  • Azure DevOps
Version Control:
  • Git
Desirable Skills:

Database Administration:
  • Experience with MS-SQL, particularly Azure SQL Database.
System Administration:
  • Experience with Linux distributions such as CentOS and AlmaLinux.
Scripting:
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and Bash.
