Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to become a vital member of our Cloud Operations team. This team plays a crucial role in deploying and managing the foundational infrastructure that underpins our Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions for both our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in hands-on technical tasks related to operations and development.
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships with various business units, external cloud service providers, and colleagues within the Infrastructure & Support division.
  • Utilize essential tools such as HaloITSM, Terraform, Azure DevOps, and Git on a daily basis.
  • Balance time effectively between operational support for current clients and development initiatives aimed at enhancing automation and tooling for customer platform management.
Required Skills and ExpertiseEssential:
  • At least 2 years of experience working with Azure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial.
  • Adept at managing competing priorities.
Cloud Hosting Providers:
  • Azure
  • Private cloud solutions
Ticket Management:
  • ITIL knowledge
  • Familiarity with service desk tools
System Administration:
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory/Entra ID
  • Active Directory management
  • Windows Server 201x
  • Linux distributions such as CentOS and AlmaLinux
Automation Tools:
  • Proficiency in Terraform
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
Version Control:
  • Familiarity with Git
Desirable Skills:
Database Administration:
  • Experience with MS-SQL, particularly Azure SQL Database
System Administration:
  • Experience with Linux distributions such as CentOS and AlmaLinux
Scripting:
  • Knowledge of PowerShell and Bash scripting

The ideal candidate should be open to regular travel as required.
