Role Description

We are seeking an Officer to join our Engagement & Partnerships team. This role involves collaborating with external partners to enhance our outreach, disseminate key messages, and provide supporting materials. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating and managing the team’s database systems to ensure that insights from our external engagements inform TPR's regulatory strategies and policy initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering understanding and support for TPR’s regulatory framework, building consensus among external stakeholders, and effectively communicating information to influence industry practices, thereby minimizing the necessity for compliance interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize a database system to oversee and maintain information regarding engagement activities across TPR.
  • Create and distribute content for external partners to share with their audiences.
  • Coordinate and support engagement initiatives, including organizing events and meetings.
  • Identify potential partners and comprehend their target audiences and communication channels.
  • Engage confidently and effectively with external stakeholders.
  • Document meeting notes and relay relevant information to colleagues.

Candidate Profile

Essential and Desirable Qualifications

  • Outstanding written communication skills, with proven experience in engaging effectively with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with database systems, such as Dynamics 365.
  • Experience in crafting and delivering external communications.
  • Background in project coordination, collaborating with external partners and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, particularly in managing engagement activities, including diary management, minute-taking, and preparing briefing materials.
  • Experience with relationship management or marketing tools to facilitate external communications.
  • Experience in executing communications campaigns.
