We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lettings Negotiator to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a key member of our Lettings team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties available for let, conducting property viewings, and negotiating and finalizing tenancies.
Key Responsibilities- Property Management: Manage a manageable portfolio of properties available for let, ensuring they are compliant with current regulations.
- Viewings and Negotiations: Conduct property viewings and negotiate and finalize tenancies with prospective tenants.
- Tenant Vetting: Provisionally vet prospective tenants to ensure they meet the necessary criteria.
- Communication: Provide regular contact and feedback to landlords and applicants, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Administrative Tasks: Update and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Organizational Skills: Be highly organized and able to manage different parts of the lettings process simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Be eloquent, friendly, and able to quickly build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Independence and Teamwork: Be able to work independently as well as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Customer Service: Provide the very best level of customer service at all times, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Adaptability: Be adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Driving License: Already in possession of a full driving license and car, with a clean driving record.
- Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays 8:30am to 4:00pm.
- Benefits: Assistance with ARLA qualifications, birthday off in addition to normal holiday entitlement, and overseas trips for top achievers.
