Job Title: Apprentice - Lettings Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Lettings Administrator to facilitate property sales and lettings transactions, ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to the growth of our real estate business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings for potential tenants, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth letting process.
- Negotiate rental agreements on behalf of clients, utilizing strong communication skills to secure successful deals.
- Market properties through various channels to attract potential tenants, utilizing administrative proficiency to handle paperwork and documentation efficiently.
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to address their needs and concerns, maintaining accurate records of property listings and client interactions.
- Provide administrative support to the lettings team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the growth of our business.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple property listings effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and negotiate deals successfully.
- Administrative proficiency to handle paperwork and documentation efficiently.
- Multilingual abilities would be advantageous in communicating with a diverse clientele.
Working Hours: Part-time, 25.5 hours per week.
Pay: Up to £12.00 per hour.
Additional Pay: Commission pay.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Location: In person, West Byfleet.
