We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Q Recruitment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct property viewings with potential tenants to showcase properties and negotiate rental agreements
  • Market properties across various platforms to attract tenants and maximize rental income
  • Provide top-notch customer service to tenants and landlords, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Liaise between landlords and tenants to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Keep accurate records of property listings, client communications, and rental agreements
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 12 months of lettings experience, with a proven track record of success in negotiating rental agreements and providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple listings and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients and tenants
  • Proficiency in administration and handling paperwork, including rental agreements and property listings
What We Offer:
  • Basic Pay: £13 - £14 per hour
  • Commission: £25 for placing a tenant, £75 for securing new property listings
  • Flexible working hours, with a schedule that includes working Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
