About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Analyst to join our TUI Airline Training (TAT) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the efficient management of our Learning Management Systems (LMS) used for gathering, analysing, recording and tracking training events and analysing performance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate common group-wide electronic crew training recording systems/LMS.
  • Produce and maintain common e-training templates within training systems for the recording of all training activities.
  • Manage TAT ATO training records and record retention system.
  • Assist and advise AOC teams as TAT training data systems and LMS subject matter expert.
  • Provide analysis of training performance data as required by TAT and regional Heads of Training.
About You
  • A proven track record in working with Learning Management Systems and data management.
  • A proven track record of analysing data.
  • Good understanding of spoken and written English is essential.
  • Ability to operate with multiple business customers and manage key stakeholders.
