Job Title: Data Analyst

Connect2Luton is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team on behalf of Luton Borough Council.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct a thorough review of existing key performance indicators across the service to ensure data reporting is fit for purpose.
  • Develop and implement data reporting for the CX system and other relevant linked housing IT systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability by performing data cleansing and recoding as necessary.
  • Identify and resolve data recording inconsistencies and implement a data assurance scheme across the housing service.
  • Ensure compliance with data requirements of the RSH and the Housing Ombudsman.
  • Perform data exploration and analysis using statistical tools and techniques to identify patterns and relationships.
  • Create clear data visualizations to present key findings to stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to inform decision-making and policy review.
  • Collaborate with the housing service and other linked services to inform data-driven decisions.
