  • Conduct a thorough review of existing key performance indicators across the service to ensure they are accurate and reliable.
  • Develop and implement data reporting systems that meet the needs of the CX system and other relevant linked housing IT systems.
  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy, and perform data cleansing as necessary, including recoding.
  • Identify and resolve issues with data recording and ensure data is unified across the service.
  • Design and implement a data assurance scheme across the housing service to ensure compliance with data requirements.
  • Perform data exploration and analysis using statistical tools and techniques to identify patterns and relationships.
  • Develop clear data visualizations to present key findings to stakeholders, including officers, members, and residents.
  • Prepare reports and presentations of key findings to inform decision-making and drive service improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of data management principles and best practices.
