Job Title: Care Assistant/Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant/Worker to join our team in Tameside, Oldham, and surrounding areas. As a Care Assistant/Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting the wellbeing, choice, and dignity of our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and wellbeing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care or a related field is not essential, as we provide comprehensive training.
  • Enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references, and the right to work in the UK are required.
  • A full, clean, valid driver's licence and own transport are desirable, or access to a bicycle.
