Job Title: Senior Social Work Manager

Entrust Social Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Work Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Childrens Services department, you will be responsible for leading a team of social workers in providing high-quality care planning and adoption services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of social workers in providing care planning and adoption services
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of children and families
  • Provide management support and guidance to team members
  • Chair meetings relevant to care planning and adoption
  • Quality assure and track cases to prevent drift

Requirements:

  • DipSW or equivalent qualification
  • Registered with the HCPC
  • Current DBS
  • Car driver
