Marble Mayne Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to oversee the IT support functions for a distinguished arts-focused educational institution. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the IT Helpdesk team, ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple sites.
- Manage relationships with third-party service providers to enhance IT support services.
- Monitor service performance and implement improvements to optimize IT and AV support.
- Provide technical leadership and operational guidance to the IT support team.
- Develop and enforce service standards based on industry best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers to facilitate the successful execution of IT projects.
- Administer user accounts and maintain Active Directory and Entra services.
- Oversee software licensing and manage procurement processes for IT assets.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation is maintained and accessible on the IT Services Hub.
- Support the IT service delivery during peak periods, such as the start of the academic year.
Candidate Profile:
- Possession of a degree and desirable ITIL certifications.
- Demonstrated experience in leading an effective IT support team within a complex environment.
- Strong technical proficiency in various hardware and software systems, including Windows and Mac OS.
- Experience in service delivery roles, managing IT support tickets, and setting performance metrics.
- Familiarity with the higher education, arts, or charity sectors is advantageous.
