About the Role: Adamas Lux is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Operations Support Specialist to enhance our team in Bristol. This position involves assisting with a variety of store functions to ensure seamless daily operations, including customer interaction, inventory oversight, and store upkeep. Your contributions will be vital in fostering a welcoming shopping atmosphere and sustaining an effective retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries, providing assistance, and resolving issues.
- Support the sales team through effective inventory management, including receiving shipments, unpacking products, and replenishing stock on shelves.
- Ensure the store's visual appeal by maintaining cleanliness and organization in sales areas, stockrooms, and communal spaces.
- Assist in the arrangement of product displays, promotional signage, and seasonal setups to improve store aesthetics.
- Conduct regular inventory assessments and communicate any stock discrepancies or concerns to management.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and customer questions in a professional manner, adhering to store policies.
- Utilize the point-of-sale system to accurately process transactions, including cash and card payments.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet store objectives, including sales goals and operational efficiency.
- Support the enforcement of health, safety, and store regulations to maintain a secure and compliant workplace.
- Engage in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on new products, store policies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in retail or operational roles is advantageous.
- Prior experience in a retail or support capacity is preferred but not mandatory.
