Join Our Team as a Renal Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Renal Nurse to join our team at RTW Renal Treatment Centers - West, Inc. As a Renal Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) and chronic kidney disease (CKD).

About the Role:
  • Provide comprehensive care to patients with ESRD and CKD, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in renal care.

Requirements:
