About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at RTW Renal Treatment Centers - West, Inc. as a Renal Care Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to individuals with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease, including administering dialysis treatments and monitoring patient health.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
