- Organise and set up the assigned section of the food, beverage, and kitchens as efficiently as possible to increase speed and productivity.
- Assist in the management of kitchen staff, ensuring a high level of service and quality.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of kitchen policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus and specials that meet the hotel's standards and customer preferences.
