Position Overview

The Team Leader serves as the KIKO representative and collaborates with the Store Manager to enhance customer satisfaction, drive sales, and achieve business objectives for the store, aligning with the KIKO Brand Strategy by mentoring and guiding the team. Assumes full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

Location: Westfield - White City.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

TEAM DEVELOPMENT

  • Guide and assist the team in achieving customer satisfaction and business targets.
  • Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service and meeting business objectives.
  • Educate the team on product knowledge, makeup application techniques, and sales strategies to ensure a superior KIKO customer experience.

CUSTOMER SERVICE / BUSINESS OPERATIONS

  • Evaluate that business performance indicators align with targets, establishing follow-up action plans for the store in collaboration with the Store Manager.
  • Achieve business objectives as outlined with the Store Manager (Customer satisfaction, Sales, Operational expenses).
  • Identify and prioritize actions for the store that significantly impact the aforementioned goals in agreement with the Store Manager.
  • Complete all required training modules, assessments, and development activities.
  • Continuously assess business performance indicators (Year-over-Year growth, Conversion Rate, Average Transaction Value, Inventory Loss).

POLICY & PROCEDURE IMPLEMENTATION

  • Ensure that the store adheres to all KIKO standards and operational procedures.
  • Guarantee compliance with store protocols (KIKO STORE MANUAL).
  • Oversee the execution of the promotional schedule.
  • Ensure all operational guidelines are followed in the store and that the store remains compliant.
  • Regularly review all procedures and promptly address any issues with the Store Manager to ensure adherence to Corporate policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-3 years of retail experience in a related field (Beauty or Fashion).
  • Familiarity with cosmetics and beauty products.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of sales and merchandising principles.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Organizational and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Genuine passion for cosmetics and beauty products.
