Key Responsibilities

You will be accountable for ensuring effective stock management, maintaining stock rotation, and facilitating efficient stock distribution throughout the organization while upholding high standards of cleanliness.

  1. Cellar Manager & Cellar Supervisor
  2. Site General Manager and Operations Manager
  3. Bar Staff
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Applicants must be over 18 years old and comfortable with physically demanding tasks.
  • Previous experience in stock management or cellar operations is required.
  • Responsible for managing liquid stock levels and ensuring proper stock rotation across all areas.
  • Ensure all stock transfers are documented on the event preparation sheet.
  • Adhere to Sodexo's Health & Safety regulations while performing cellar tasks, utilizing PPE as necessary.
  • Properly dispose of waste products and record them as wastage, notifying your cellar supervisor.
  • Report any equipment damage or health and safety concerns promptly.
  • Complete the closedown checklist at the end of each shift.
  • Uphold company standards for cellar operations.
  • Ensure cellar activities comply with site SOPs.
  • Prioritize the use of loose stock to maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Conduct duties in a manner that positively reflects the business and enhances the reputation of the cellar department.
  • Regularly communicate with the Cellar Supervisor regarding low stock levels of specific products.
  • Wear safety boots and protective clothing throughout the shift.
  • Responsible for tidying the main cellar at the end of each shift.
