eComplete is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods, managing inventory levels, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve daily goals and objectives.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accurate stock levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate the receipt and shipment of goods, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain a high level of quality in all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Inventory Control: Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and procedures.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and resolve conflicts.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, and other warehouse technologies.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move items up to 20kg, stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
Work Schedule: Shift work 4 on 4 off - 8am-8pm – 42 hours a week on average
