Job Opportunity: Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Jobs for Humanity. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the Convenience, Wholesale, and Foodservice Channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive profitable growth and expand product ranges stocked by retailers.
  • Utilize persuasive skills to sell additional products and merchandise to maximize store sales potential.
  • Own and manage a designated territory, driving consistent results and achieving sales targets.
  • Collaborate with a friendly and collaborative team of Sales Executives to achieve results and receive support and guidance from a field manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in FMCG or retail, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of people.
  • Strong persuasive skills and the ability to adapt to different sales environments.
  • A driver's license that enables you to drive in the UK.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £27k + 10% Bonus (STC) per annum, with a basic salary increase to £28k after successful completion of probation.
