Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at People & Process Solutions Int. Ltd. as a Field Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing an existing portfolio of customers, selling a range of products from medical consumables to office supplies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Work closely with the telesales department to follow up on leads and opportunities.
  • Analyze customer data to identify gaps and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the healthcare or office supplies industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Primary Care structures and the ability to demonstrate success in an external commercial sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and identify opportunities for growth.
