Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team at People & Process Solutions Int. Ltd. as a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow an existing portfolio of customers by selling a range of products, including medical consumables, ink, and paper.
- Develop a sales plan for the territory and work with the telesales department to follow up on opportunities and leads.
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.
- Work closely with the customer to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the healthcare or stationery industry.
- Strong understanding of primary care structures and the ability to demonstrate success in an external commercial sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and identify opportunities.
