Position Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with a senior Managing Director to oversee and manage the execution of transactions. Your role will also encompass significant involvement in client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directing transaction execution while partnering with senior leaders to spearhead the development of new business opportunities.
• Crafting and preparing client presentations to support business development initiatives and transaction processes.
• Supervising the creation of confidential memoranda, management presentations, marketing materials, and other essential documents.
• Cultivating relationships and maintaining direct engagement with existing and potential clients.
• Offering guidance, mentorship, and training to Associates and Analysts within the team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven experience at the VP level in M&A, particularly with a strong track record in executing end-to-end transactions.
• Candidates with demonstrable expertise in the relevant sectors are highly preferred.
• Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members is essential.
• A proactive approach to business growth and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Strong management skills for supervising and training staff.
