We are seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join our team. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing claims from initial contact to resolution, ensuring that all claims are handled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage claims from initial contact to resolution
• Conduct thorough investigations into claims
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues
• Work closely with underwriters and other teams to ensure claims are handled efficiently
Requirements
• Proven experience in claims handling or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
