Insurance Claims Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join our team at Acorn Insurance. As a specialist insurance provider, we have over 40 years of experience helping people secure motor insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct thorough investigations and assessments to determine claim validity
- Communicate with policyholders and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless claim processing
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
