About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Presales Consultant to join our Quality Engineering and Testing team at UST. As a Presales Consultant, you will play a critical role in conceptualizing business solutions for customers, performing consulting and IT delivery, and managing pre-sales for Quality Engineering and Testing services globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of proposals, including organizing, planning, and tracking the bid, working closely with sales account services and other functions to prepare a compelling proposal response for RFPs where we do not have an existing solution and requires complex technical solutions with multiple technology elements.
  • Understanding customer requirements and business problems and driving pursuit discussions towards building a winning proposal.
  • Developing a good understanding of the key elements that should be part of the overall solution narrative and enabling the pursuit team to get enough clarity and inputs to create a compelling response.
  • Organizing pursuit discussions war rooms and discussions with other support functions like HR, Legal, and Finance to complete the proposal response on time with quality.
  • Managing senior stakeholders within the organization, working closely and confidently with them.
  • Providing regular status updates to the sales leadership, highlighting issues and challenges to ensure timely intervention.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years' experience of presales within Quality Engineering and Testing; writing sales content from scratch relevant and customized to client requirements.
  • Ability to drive pursuit discussions to define win themes and differentiators to create a winning bid.
  • Experience in driving and anchoring responses for large RFPs.
  • Ability to work with various technical SMEs/practices and assimilate inputs to create a technical response.
