**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our comprehensive range of products and services to commercial clients. Your primary focus will be on project-based sales, working closely with our customers to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver expected conversion rates on select projects, working collaboratively with the wider sales team to achieve cradle-to-grave success.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders on new projects, documenting progress and activities on assigned opportunities.
  • Effective diary planning and management of contractor terms and agreements, including regular reviews to justify terms.
  • Provide first-line technical dialogue and information to your selected customer base.
  • Liaise with clients and address objections in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming enquiries promptly and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Complete weekly reporting on the CRM system.
  • Identify incremental growth opportunities and represent the business at social and brand awareness events.
  • Provide site assistance and technical training as required.
  • Own the delivery and supply of projects by supporting our operational departments.

**Requirements and Experience**

  • Excellent knowledge of the M&E marketplace and a proven track record of working on large-scale commercial projects, with the ability to handle technical dialogue at all levels and present to groups.
  • Ability to quickly become a technical specialist in PBS products and services.
  • Understanding of the project stages and decision-making process in commercial construction.
  • Valid driving license, as travel will be required.
