Senior Clinical Support Worker

We are seeking a motivated and caring Senior Clinical Support Worker to join our Respiratory Team at Central London Community Health Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be supporting patients with complex respiratory conditions in a variety of settings, including community clinics and patients' homes.
Main Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of patients with complex respiratory conditions, performing capillary blood gases and fire risk assessments as needed.
- Provide support and cover for senior respiratory staff, working autonomously and as part of a team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in structured clinical supervision and contribute to team meetings, shared learning, and reflective practice.
- GCSEs Grade A-C in Maths and English or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a respiratory field.
- Relevant clinical skills and knowledge of respiratory conditions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and time management skills.
