Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Connect Personnel. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key service accounts, driving sales growth, and increasing share of wallet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key service accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth through the development of new business opportunities and the expansion of existing relationships.
  • Share of Wallet: Increase share of wallet by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Cross-Selling: Cross-sell services to include Fire Detection, Suppression, Passive Fire, CCTV, Access Control, Remote Monitoring, Extinguishers, and Sprinklers.
  • Lifecycle Extra Works: Develop lifecycle extra works and minor projects to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of fire and security systems, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical information to clients.
