Account Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at N2O Limited. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will be responsible for developing innovative and forward-thinking solutions that support the delivery of client campaign goals.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior-level clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Oversee the delivery of client work and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop best-in-class campaigns and ensure high-quality output.
- Manage reporting and analysis of campaigns and agency performance.
- Identify opportunities to promote business growth with existing clients.
- Deliver on commercial targets and provide financial leadership to the team.
- Lead and collaborate with stakeholders on pitches, responses, and submissions.
- Mentor and coach team members to ensure campaign success and colleague development.

Requirements- A degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in a managerial position within a similar agency environment.
- Experience in client-relationship management with a proven track record of developing business growth.
- Exceptional client services experience and strong financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A natural leader with inspiring people management skills.
- High level of attention to detail and flexibility to work unsocial hours.
- Salary: £45 - 55k gross per annum.
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
