Paramedic Maternity Cover Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Paramedic to fill a maternity cover position within our team. As a Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, including assessing and treating minor illnesses such as UTIs, respiratory infections, sore throats, ear infections, and other minor ailments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to patients, including assessing and treating minor illnesses
- Work alongside a supportive team of doctors, prescribing nurse practitioners, practice nurses, HCAs, and administrative staff
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices
- HCPC Registered
- Paramedic qualification
- Prescribing qualification desirable
- Good understanding of QOF, Enhanced Services, and CQC/NICE guidelines
- Strong IT, organisational, communication, and clinical skills
- Experience working within a nursing team essential
- Primary care and GP practice experience desirable
