  • Proficiency in using and managing CRM systems (specifically HubSpot) and other relevant technologies
  • Excellent communication, IT, systems, and organization skills with the ability to lead projects, manage changing demands, and prioritize deadlines
  • Interest in education and learning
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams and lead HR initiatives
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
