Head of Business / General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager / Head of Business to lead our flagship Used Car Dealership in Waltham Cross. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a large team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Manage the day-to-day sales activities, including deal files, handovers, and sales funnel to maximize sales revenue.
  • Supervise and organize the aftersales/service function on site, ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong used car background, ideally from a used car supermarket.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong customer focus and commercial acumen.
  • Great computer literacy and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation and a passion for the car industry.
