About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Agricultural and Farming Jobs Agency. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic plans to optimize replacement sales of our company brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial P&L management

  • Team management (3-8 direct reports)
  • Marketing activities implementation
  • Maintaining and growing customer base

Ideal Candidate
  • Sales Director or equivalent experience in Agricultural or Construction equipment sectors
  • Bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred)
  • Strong business acumen and networking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to see the big picture and provide solutions
  • Strong planning and follow-up skills
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Willing to travel (may require air and overnight travel)
  • IT literate in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM
