Job Title: Composite Quality Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Composite Quality Engineer to join our team at The Thrive Team Limited. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and materials meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supplier Qualification and Audits:
    Assess and qualify new suppliers based on their capability to meet quality and HSE standards. Conduct regular audits of suppliers to ensure ongoing compliance with quality and HSE standards.
  2. Sub-Contractor Management:
    Oversee and manage sub-contractors from an HSE and quality perspective, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
  3. Issue Resolution:
    Investigate and resolve supplier-related quality and HSE issues, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
  4. Relationship Management:
    Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure open communication and prompt resolution of any issues.
  5. Forecasting and Reporting:
    Forecast potential quality and HSE risks related to supplier and sub-contractor activities, and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience:
3+ years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in supply chain or manufacturing environments. Experience with supplier management and quality assurance processes, with a focus on HSE compliance.

Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, sub-contractors, and internal teams. Proficient in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, root cause analysis).
