Your Role as a Digital Governance Specialist

As a Digital Governance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and compliance of Coty's digital marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the Digital Governance Director and the wider Coty global network to maintain data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to established processes.

  • Compliance:
    • Assist in utilizing Coty-specific tools to ensure strict adherence to established processes and guidelines.
  • Quality:
    • Support the timely and accurate delivery of media and reporting data, meeting key submission deadlines.
  • Integrity:
    • Contribute to ensuring that teams provide complete and accurate information, enabling meaningful insights and achieving contractual KPIs.
    • Assist in aligning media data collection with the client's measurement framework, guaranteeing accurate capture.
    • Maintain up-to-date monthly budget trackers and support quarterly financial consolidation.
    • Prepare reports for global teams on test & learn programs, performance campaigns (PCA's), and overall digital performance.
    • Monitor media results based on local Coty business KPIs and report findings to the global team.
    • Implement processes using relevant tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
    • Support all channel best practices and documentation standards (WOW).
    • Ensure data governance measures are in place to maintain high data quality.
