Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team at Oonasdivers Ltd. As a leading niche market holiday company specializing in Scuba Diving Holidays, we require an individual with a strong background in marketing and exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance our brand presence.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends to inform marketing decisions and optimize our online presence.
  • Collaborate with the product team and suppliers to obtain offers and develop marketing materials.
  • Establish and manage the marketing plan, reporting outcomes and benefits along the journey.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn in-house systems and business applications quickly and retain knowledge of processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with IT tools relevant to marketing activities.
  • Strong leadership qualities, capable of guiding teams towards achieving common goals.
