Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team at Oonasdivers Ltd, a niche market holiday company specializing in Scuba Diving Holidays. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing and demonstrate exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute marketing plans in line with the business strategy.
  • Develop and own marketing strategies that lead to annual growth of revenue of 15%.
  • Manage multiple projects, communicate clearly, and analyze market trends to drive successful marketing strategies.
  • Drive activities that lead to positive revenue outcomes to allow revenue growth through the enhancement of Oonasdivers and Ultimate Diving brands.
  • Ensure product offering is market leading and website offering is outstanding when compared to our closest competitors.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability in project management, with excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Familiarity with IT tools relevant to marketing activities; experience with Excel is essential for data analysis tasks.
  • Ability to define, create, and then execute the marketing plan for the business.
