Residential Care Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Care Manager to join our team at Ad Warrior. As a Residential Care Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our boarding house, ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the daily activities of our residents, including meal times, homework, and leisure activities.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with our Housemistress to ensure the smooth running of the house and the provision of high-quality care.
- Provide guidance and support to our residents, promoting their independence and self-esteem.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in residential care or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our residents.
- Basic ICT skills and proficiency in using software applications relevant to residential care.
- Knowledge of child protection policies and procedures, with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
